Stayed at this hotel for three nights in June, in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. It was a good holiday but it could have been great.… SPA, jacuzzi was not up to temperature and only 1 of the 2 steam rooms worked. Pools are pretty good but as ever, the no reserving suns beds policy is not enforced, so that can be frustrating. Traverna starters and tapas is great but the main courses are tasteless. The worst area is around the tables by the outside snack bar, badly looked after. Also cannot get tea and coffee during super and the drinks machines not properly maintained meaning kids had to go without sometimes till we went to the bar/entertainment area. Also main restaurant is hot and not enough outside dining tables. There is not enough dinning staff, food and plates slow to be cleared and floors littered with dropped food.

However accommodation lacks attention to detail: poorly hung and built cupboards/ storage, ill maintained ceiling tiles, tv not properly fixed to wall and channels not working and room service very hit and miss if they turn up or not. Like all all-inclusive hotels the food gets a bit samey but that said it was fresh and was fine and readily available.
We hired a car and used our hotel as a base and to entertain the kids. We had to move room as original was in for t of the bar area and it was too noisy. Excellent TUI Staff, kids activities, evening entertainment. Overall it was a 3.5 out of 5 experience. The hotel is situated so close to the beach and it was nice to have a couple of mornings at the beach.… We would definitely return to this hotel. Nothing was to much for the staff, one evening our door wouldn’t unlock so the reception staff sent maintenance who replaced the door battery. The meal in the taverna was beautiful too. The children loved the little children’s buffet as they could help themselves. The food in the restaurant is lovely, if there was something that we didn’t like there was always something on the buffet that we could eat. Everyone on the entertainment is lovely and make time with the children. The evening entertainment is something different every night, we also enjoyed the quiz each night. My girls enjoyed the aqua disco as well as aqua board yoga and the races in the pool. The entertainment is brilliant and there is always something on around the pool but also the hotel. Plenty of storage for clothes, the kitchenette was equipped with hob, microwave, fridge. The apartment was lovely size and clean, we were in 17D and it was near the pool but the view from the balcony overlooked the sea. We returned home on the 8th June after a brilliant two weeks At this hotel.
